Toy Story Cake

This Toy Story cake is all hand made with fondant covering. The planets and rockets and stars are all fondant. Then it has small royal icing pipe work on it. The cake is mud cake its self. I had made all the figurines myself. If you have any questions please ask me.

Toy story cake with bed

I would like to make a bed on a cake for a toy story theme. How do I ice the bed to make a duvet cover look smooth and so that it actually has a shape at the bottem of the bed where the duvet is folded? What type of icing do I need and how do i get it as shown in your picture.
