Hello, I am making a snake shaped cake using two bundt pans, cutting them in half and then form a "s" shape, I would like to know if it is best to crumbcoat the cake first or go ahead and star tip the cake using tip # 21??
I WOULD CRUMB COAT FIRST, AND THEN THE FROSTING WITH THE TIP WILL HOLD ON BETTER. I HOPE I AM NOT TO LATE. IF SO SORRY. SOUNDS GREAT, BE SURE TO POST IT ON HERE WHEN YOU ARE FINISHED WITH IT. I SURE WILL BE WAITING TO SEE IT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. NANCY OF CA
