My Strawberry Shortcake Birthday Cake

I made this Strawberry Shortcake birthday cake for myself, when I held my birthday last Tuesday (April 21,2009). This is made of Cheese cake and mango flavor. I used fresh mango. First I slice the mango into dice cube and I boiled it with sugar and gelatin melted into hot water.

I made a two layered cheese cake and put the mango in between of the two layered cheese cake to stands as a flavor. Then, I froze it overnight, and it was ready for decorations for the next day.

I designed it with strawberry shortcake for a change. I used cream icing for the decorations...Thank you very much...
