Special Agent OSO Cake
To make this Special Agent OSO cake, I started with the Wilton Bear Pan then decorated with colors by looking at a picture of Special Agent OSO from the Disney site. I decorated the turquoise color first, then the nose and then the belly and vest and last filled in with all the yellow fur!
