She's a Champion Horse Cake
I made this horse cake for my daughter's 12th birthday which was on Thanksgiving day! So in the mix of cooking Thanksgiving dinner, I had to come up with a birthday cake. Well she always has loved animals, horses and tigers are her favorites. So in 2 days I made her this cake. The cake is my basic cake recipe. Then I injected my homemade french vanilla pudding into the cake, after it was cooked & cooled.
The icing was my homemade cream cheese whipped icing with a secret twist to it. The fondant was all banana flavored marshmallow fondant.
