Bake a sheet cake the size that you need.With an icing filled bag and tip #5 draw your school design on the cake top. Note: this cake can be adapted to any school design and colors.

Now outline the edge border with the dark royal blue icing,and fill it in with the same color icing. Make a royal blue icing and outline the edge right next to the dark royal blue border and fill it in with the same color icing. With white icing outline the outside edge of the white area right next to the royal blue border.
Write the message on the white area With the dark royal blue icing and tip #5. Fill in the white area . Fill in the sides of the cake with the white icing.
