Rubber Ducky Cake

I baked two deep slab cakes for the base and joined them together with a little icing.

I used a Wilton Rubber Ducky Cake Pan to make the duck.

I cut a shallow rectangle of cake from the centre of the slab and filled with blue jelly to resemble water.

I used butter icing for the duck and the outside of the slab.

I melted some white chocolate and added yellow colouring and put into moulds of rubber ducks.

I then used them for around the outside of the slab.
