Rainbow of Spring Cake

Rainbow Cake

For this rainbow cake, I baked a large 9 x 13 red velvet cake. I iced it with butter cream and found a patter on Wilton to copy off and I traced it onto the cake. I used different colors for the rainbow. I made white clouds and a few little designs. It was a very simple and fast cake to do.

I used a large shell tip for the border of the cake. I messed up on the writing, but it was fun to do. I had some blue Wilton color spray and sprayed a little around the cake...Nancy of Rialto, CA
