I made this cake for my little sisters 3rd birthday. All I did was make a sheet cake and then I used food coloring and made a layer of green icing all over the cake.

For the next layer of icing I added some powdered sugar to it to thicken it up so it would not blend with the bottom. With every layer I add more powdered sugar.
