On The Road Cake

The flavor for this on the road cake is vanilla and chocolate cake. I use one layer for each one flavor. The size for the cake is an 8"x 2" twice.

I used Bavarian cream for the topping between one layer and the other. For the finish on the top and lateral, I made a cream with chocolate and condensed milk. After I put chocolate sprinkles on it.

The second stage is the decoration in 3D all with fondant.
