Yardman's Birthday Cake
I made this birthday cake for my yardman. This is a lemon cake with two layers, each of them are 7 inches. It is filled with lemon canned pudding. Be sure to make a dam around the layer to fill so the lemon won't come out the sides of the cake.
It is frosted with butter cream. I used a fur, hair tip for the grass and molded a dog like my Symon. He loves the yard guy. I found some little toys at the 99 cent store and put them on after the grass. Nancy of CA
