Butterfly First Birthday Cake
This cake was a 3 layer cake made out of cupcakes an 8 inch cake for my first grandaughter on her first birthday and the theme was "Butterflies"
The top layer was a delicious 8 inch Pink Fondant Rum Cake for 10-12 persons with floating butterflies and flowers made out of purple and dark pink fondant. The #1 was made out of purple fondant all bordered with edible little pink pearls and layers of cake were filled with a very creamy homemade dulce leche.
The second layer was 12 pink and green buttercream cupcakes with fondant butterflies and flowers and so was the third layer or bottom layer with 12 pink and green buttercream cupcakes also made with pink and purple fondant butterflies and flowers.
All the kids enjoyed the cupcakes and the grown-ups enjoyed the 8 inch fondant rum cake!!!
