LaWanna's Duck Cake

To make this duck cake, I used 2 cake mixes and a 10" round pan.
Bake according to directions.
Let cool completely.
I used buttercreme icing and iced between layers.
After placing the top cake, I used a serrated knife and cut about an inch inside the cake and took out about an inch deep.
Then I covered in shades of blue buttercreme and spread randomly with a knife for water.
I iced the outside of the 'pool' with brown and smoothed with a Viva towel.
The ducks are toys.
