Kiddie Graduation Cake

To make this kiddie graduation cake:
2. Bake a 5 inch chocolate cake for the boy to stand high. Chill
3. Prepare the frosting (unsweetened chocolate powder and condensed milk and butter). Cook for 10 minutes.
4. Pour the frosting on the chilled cakes, then chill again.
5. Prepare the chocolate graduation sugar candies. Make it colorful (the toga hat, the toga certificate, the toga frame, the flowers, the book and the tussle.) Chill to make it perfect.
6. Design the sugar candies on top of the cake. It is ready to give for a gift.
