Horse Cake

This horse was for my daughters' best friend. She hasn't seen it yet! She and my daughter both love horses and go to the ranch on weekends.

This is my 1st attempt at chocolate transfer.

Thanks Lena for being so patient in explaining how to do it and Nancy for being so patient with me too!!!!!

I like it much better than color flow!

Nancy sent me the pic of the horse from a coloring book, thanks Nancy!!!

I used a 9" x 13" pan and made cake according to directions on box.
Let cool completely.

I used buttercream icing with round and star tips to outline horse, make letters and fill in with stars and for the border.

how do you do chocolate transfer. i love the cake and want to make a similar one for my daughter. she adores horses as well. you did a beautiful job on the cake.
