Holly Hobby Cake
Easy instructions for making this Holly Hobby Cake:I'm sorry this picture isn't the greatest (this cake was made quite a while ago - back when holly hobby was popular the first time around).
Bake a sheet cake the size that you will need. With an icing filled bag and round tip, size #5, draw the outline of the doll on the top of the cake. Cut away the cake from the outline.
Make a small amount of very light pink icing and using
star tip, size #18, fill in her hands.
Next, make a small amount of medium brown icing and using the same size
star tip, size #18, fill in her shoe.

Make a yellow icing and use the same size star tip, size #18 and fill in Holly Hobby’s hair.
Now make a sky blue colored icing and using star tip, size #18, fill in her bonnet and dress. Refer to the picture as often as necessary.
Using the same size star tip, size #18 and white icing, fill in her apron, bow and the cuff of her sleeve. Also put little flowers on her dress and bonnet.
Switch to your blue icing and put little flowers on her apron using the same size star tip.
Using the blue icing and round tip, size #5, make lines on the apron and outline the bow.
Cover the bouquet she is holding with white and blue icing using the same star tips.
Finally, with a small amount of light green icing, pipe stems on the bouquet right below Holly Hobby’s hand.
