Hello Kitty Cake
A close friend of mine asked me to make a Hello Kitty cake for her 8 yr old daughter so I decided to make this Hello Kitty cake for the second time. I baked chiffon cake and frosted it with vanilla butter Icing.
I piped with the star tip the whole cake using Vanilla butter Icing,I used licorice to outlined the details of the cake.To blend the color I mixed red and white for the eyes and nose.
I used M&M chocolate. I only found it hard and my arms tired because I piped with the small star tip the whole cake but i enjoyed at the end it was beautiful Hello Kitty!
