Grandma Sally's Treasures 90th Birthday Cake

I made this cake to celebrate the birthday of a grand lady of 90 years.

It is an 8-inch carrot coconut cake with cream cheese frosting. I made the pink roses from royal icing beforehand and placed them all over the cake. I sculpted Grandma Sally and the treasure chest from marshmallow fondant and wrote all the names of the members of her clan on the fondant scroll with a fine tip pen.

Everyone had a blast at her party, with Grandma Sally using a magnifying glass to read all the names on her scroll.
