Flower Cake

This cake was my final cake for my decorating classes. It's was a tiered cake. The bottom tier was a three layered cake of yellow and chocolate cake; torted with vanilla moose. The small tier was a yellow cake; torted with chocolate moose.

The entire cake was covered with white fondant, accented with a yellow fondant bow and yellow trim along the bottom of the lower tier. The flowers are completely made of fondant and include, daisies, yellow rose buds, pink roses and rosebuds, and forget-me-nots.

This was a joy to make and I thank you for taking time to look at it.
