Flower Basket Cake

For this flower basket cake, I used:
600g Butter Icing (Coloured As Desired)
3 to 4 Regular Size Marshmallows
Assorted Sugar Flowers
Four Marshmallow Twisters
Assorted Sweets To Decorate
1. Prepare cake according to directions and pour into 2 greased and lined 23cm baking tins. Bake in a preheated oven until cake is done. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack.
2. Sandwich 2 cakes with some butter icing and spread a thin layer of icing over the cake. Using a big star tip nozzle, pipe long lines from top to bottom around the sides of the cake to give a basket look.
3. Pipe a freehand design using green butter icing on the top of the cake using a #2 writing nozzle.
4. Cut the marshmallows into 4 slices using a scissor and place on the top of the cake to form a flower placing a smartie in the centre.
5. Join the Marshmallow Twisters with butter icing and using toothpicks as a support to form a handle to place over the top of the cake.
