Make a medium brown color icing and use basket weave tip, size #48 and cover the sides of the cake in the basket weave pattern.
Change the tip to a star tip, size #18 and make a shell border at the bottom edge of the sides.
Change to a large star tip, size 6B and make a large shell border at the top edge of the sides of the cake.
Make your grass by putting coconut in a baggie with a few drops of green food coloring and sealing the bag closed.
Shake the sealed bag until the coconut is the green color you would like.
Sprinkle the green coconut on the cake top.
