Dora Cake

Cake made from sponge cake,
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
6 eggs
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
2 Tbs Butter melted
pinch of salt
4 Tbs orange juice
1 Tbs orange zest
Directions:
Separate your egg white from egg yolk
beach each with half cup of sugar adding the pinch of salt to the egg whites, sift the flour with the BP, fold in the flour to the egg yolks mixture, adding alternatively the orange juice, mix in the butter with 2 spoons of the yolk mixture then fold in again, add the egg whites mixture carefully to the batter, bake in 2 20cm lined pan for 20 minutes (till edges shrinks from the sides) put in a wire rack to cool.
Fill the cake with fruits and cream, cover with butter cream from outside keep in fridge to cool.
Make Marshmallow fondant (recipe available on the net) cover the cake with rolled fondant.
Prepare gumpaste flowers, and prepare Dora from butter transfer, add to your cake and decorate with flowers
