Dirt Track Truck cake

This dirt track truck cake was a cake for my 13 year old grandson Eric. He is one of twins and he likes truck races. The bottom layer is a 11x15 cake pan. The other layers are 9x13 carved to fit, with a total of four layers.
It is frosted with IMBC over the entire cake. I then curved the river and filled it with Wilton Sparkle gel.
The sign is a graham cracker frosted, pretzel legs, and the lettering is piped on with a #2 tip.
The rocks are chocolate covered cookie dough and the boulders are Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
The dirt track is made of chocolate bits sprinkled in a winding road. I then piped on the plants with a # 3 leaf tip.
I sprinkled graham cracker crumbs all over the ground areas. I then put on the trucks and piped grass for the RV to sit on. I then glued a clear straw on the bottom of one of the trucks so it looked like it was flying into the sign.
I really enjoyed making this and my grandson really liked it.
