Cupcake Tips

I was looking for a tip on how to keep my cupcakes fresh after baking and frosting. I made 250 cupcakes the day before the wedding but the day of the wedding they seemed a little hard on the edges, should I have done something different besides covering them after frosted?

Cup Cakes

Instead of buying a whole bunch of cup cake holders you could put them on a cookie sheet and seran wrapped them, then refrigerate

HI I DONT KNOW HOW YOU COVERED THEM BUT, I BOUGHT A PLASTIC BOX CONTAINER AT WALMART WITH THE LID. THAT SEEMS TO WORK REAL WELL AND KEEPS THEM FRESH. ALSO CHECK TO BE SURE YOU ARE NOT BAKING THEM TO LONG. HOPE THIS HELPS++++++++++++
