Colorful Butterfly Cake

To make this butterfly cake, you will need:
475g Butter Icing (Colour As Desired, 3 Different Colours)
100g Coconut (Coloured Green)
Assorted Sweets To Decorate
Pipe Cleaners
1. Prepare cake mixture according to directions, pour into a greased and lined 28cm round cake tin. Bake in a preheated oven until done, cool completely on a wire rack.
2. Cut the cake in half then cut a wedge from each half.
3. Invert the 2 side and place the 2 wedges at an angle to look like a butterfly.
4. Ice the base of the cake with coloured icing and pipe along the edges with different colour icing.
5. Pipe another colour icing onto the wings and decorate with sweets.
6. Pipe the bottom edges with the same coloured icing used along the top edges.
7. Use the pipe cleaners for the feelers and spoon the green coconut around the cake.
