Using the same chocolate icing and the star tip #18, create a shell border around the top and bottom edges of the sides of the cake. Still using chocolate icing and rose tip #125, make roses and place them on top of the cake.

Use the leaf tip #352 and make chocolate icing leaves around the roses.

Now use white icing and round tip #5 to write the birthday message on top of the cake.
