Carousel Baby Shower Cake

I have been cake decorating now for six months.
INGREDIENTS: 18oz block margarine, 1lb.4,1/2oz of caster sugar, 9 lrge eggs (18oz),
18oz of sponge flour, 4 1/2 tbsp cold water.(for each cake.)
THIS MIXTURE IS A ALL IN ONE METHOD. (MIXED TOGETHER AT SAME TIME)
Baked at fan oven temp 130c. for 1 and half hours approx.
The sponges are torted with strawberry jam and a buttercream filling, And crumb coated with buttercream.
THE CAKE IS COVERED WITH MARSHMALLOW FONDANT.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup or less of crisco/trex
16 oz mini marshmallows
1 tsp clear vanilla
1 tsp butter flavor (extract)
2 tbsp water
2lb bag of powdered sugar (sifted)
INSTRUCTIONS.
1. Grease inside of microwavable bowl with Crisco/trex.
2. Put marshmallows, flavorings, and water into bowl.
3. Microwave on high for 60 seconds. If not completely melted, stir and microwave at 30 sec intervals.
4. Put powdered sugar into large mixer bowl. (Fit stand mixer with dough hook)
5. Mix until well incorporated.
6. Prepare work surface with sifted powdered sugar.
7. Turn fondant out onto work surface. Knead fondant into loaf. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap for at least 1 hour before using.
8. Use the same as you would fondant.
I modeled a bath tub with a baby and bubbles for the top, using sugar paste. I modeled little babies for the top of the bottom tier and I hung little hearts from ribbons from underneath the top sponge fixing with icing. This was to resemble a carousel.
I used a square 2x2 inch wide and 8 inch long glass vase as a support for the top tier, I inserted it down into the bottom of the cake and used super glue to attach the board that held the top sponge.
I then used sugar glue to attach fondant hearts to decorate the vase.
I also modeled teddys and baby items to attach to the cake.
This cake was totally my own design but I did base it on carousel cake style, without using a domed top.
