Lok Chi Birthday Cake

This is one of the many cakes that I've made. This cake is made up of a 15" x 3" square chocolate cake with the flowers and trees as a design of garden, and the mold car cake on the top which is molded by me. I mold it by myself, by using an 8" x 5" square cake. I usually use a small knife for shaping and scraping to mold the desired shape.

For the frosting I used different colors of cream icing and some chocolate sticks biscuits for the trees and the vermiceli candy for other decorations...

I made this cake when Lok Chi Poon held his birthday last month (March 10,'09). As the request of the Birthday celebrant this Car cake at the garden, was made.
