1. BAKE 3 SIZES OF CHOCOLATE MOIST CAKE
(1) 8"
(1) 5"
2. PREPARE FROSTING USING WHIP CREAM AND COLD WATER.
3. PUT TOGETHER ALL THE CAKES, IN BETWEEN PUT FILLING.
4. SHAVE THE SIDES OF THE CAKES TO FORM A SKIRT.
5. WHITE FROSTING FOR THE SKIRT, USE PAPER WIPE TO MAKE A FINE ROUND SKIRT.
6. COLORED FROSTING FOR THE EDGE OF THE WAIST AND BOTTOM SKIRT.
7. DECORATE WITH FLOWER CANDIES.
8. CHILL TO BLOOM THE CAKE AND SERVE COLD.
