I was asked to do a banana cake for a lady, and I used 2 10 inch pans. I frosted them with buttercream and a little banana extract in the filling. I made a few little bananas with fondant and leaves for the top. The border is a shell border on the top and the bottom. This was a very easy cake...Nancy of CA
