I made this cake for a neighbor man that was turning 85. I had just learned how to use fondant and it was so much fun. I used one box cake mix. I used one heart pan for the body part and two pyrex bowls that were 6 oz size and baked part of the cake in two of them.
I then frosted the heart cake and pyrex cakes with buttercream icing. Trim the pyrex cakes to be flat on the bottom that goes down on the heart cake.
I placed them on the heart pan and folded the tan fondant over all of the cake. I made the nipple out of candy kisses that had the tips trimmed off. Then after all was covered with the fondant, I made the pasties out of fondant and used gold luster dust on them. I formed it and then I put on some fondant and I bought a couple little paper tassels for the covers. Next, press in a little belly button.
....I also made my cousin that is in a rest home one and it was his birthday, 82, I made him one also, only with a lei of purple and white flowers. There are many ideas with just this one cake. You can cover with a bikini top or whatever your heart desires. It is fun. Nancy

Bake some of your cake in the pyrex bowls for the boobs and then trim them off to be flat that will be against the cake. put some butter cream on the bottom to attach to the heart pan. and then cover with the fondant. color the fondant a cream or tan color to look like flesh. be sure to grease the pyrex bowls and flour them good. I use bakers joy with mine and they come out really good. Best of luck, I know it will be very cute. Happy Birthday to your Boyfriend....Nancy
