A Doctor's Life Cake

The cake for this doctor's life cake is made of an espresso fudge sponge cake layered with chocolate mousse. It is then covered with marzipan to make all the decorations:) Added on the sides are chocolate fudge cupcakes covered in chocolate ganache and decorated with marzipan pills, blood pressure apparatus, injection, stethoscope, an ECG reading and bandaids.
